'Bea's Creations' is an Essence Services company. These terms are based on English Law.

Payment Options
Bea’s Creations accepts all major credit cards through a secure payment system in conjunction with Paypal. Bea’s Creations also accepts payment via personal cheque drawn on a UK bank account. Please make cheques payable to 'Essence'. Please note that goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (gowns, suits and accessories only) you may request a refund (delivery charges excluded), within 7 days of receipt of your order. All items for refund must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging. All labels must still be attached, and the garments must be unworn. Please note that there are no refunds for personalised stationery items.

Quality of Goods
All garments supplied by Bea’s Creations are of the finest quality and to be used for Christening and Occasional purposes. They are not suitable as everyday wear, playwear or sleepwear. All stationery is handmade using high quality card, speciality paper and trimmings. As all cards available on this website are handmade, they are unique, and each card will differ very slightly.

Retention Of Title
All goods remain the property of Bea’s Creations until paid for in full.

Responsibility for Local Taxes & Duties
This is the responsibility of the customer or recipient in all circumstances.

Cancellations
All outfits from Bea’s Creations are custom-made to your child’s measurements. Therefore, if you would like to cancel your order, we ask that you please notify us within 7 working days of order placement by replying to your order confirmation e-mail, stating your intention to cancel. For stationery orders, we ask that you please notify us within 36 hours of order placement by replying to your order confirmation e-mail, stating your intention to cancel.

We will acknowledge requests to cancel within this time period, and the cost of your order will be reimbursed in full.

Returns / Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us, unused in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the item(s), or an exchange for an alternative item or size, if you prefer.

*NOTE: All items are dispatched with a security tag. If the tag has been removed, the item is deemed used and accepted, and you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned to us using Parcel Force.

Please note that there are no refunds for personalised stationery items.

Privacy
Bea’s Creations does not sell or pass customer information to third parties, and all details are confidential.
