Bea’s Creations (an Essence Services company) accepts all major credit cards through the secure payment system, Paypal.

Bea’s Creations also accepts payment via personal cheque (UK banks only). Please make cheques payable to 'Essence'.

If you wish to place an order, and are located outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us for an electronic invoice.

Please note that goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Delivery Schedules & Methods
All outfits and stationery items are boxed and wrapped in acid free tissue, for their protection.

Bea’s Creations will dispatch garment orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or Post or DHL (Overseas) within 14 days of receipt of order. Stationery orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or Post or DHL (Overseas) within 6 days of receipt of order and personalisation details (where appropriate). These schedules are based on the time needed for obtaining fabrics and materials, and customising an outfit or stationery item. For UK deliveries, please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery to arrive. For all overseas orders, please allow up to 10 days. A signature is required on delivery.

If your goods are not received within 10 working days (UK) or 15 working days (Overseas) of the date of our confirmation that we have shipped, please contact us.

In the unlikely event that an order is delayed, Bea’s Creations will notify the customer.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges include postage, packing and insurance.

• UK Royal Mail Next day - £4.95 (Orders over £15.00), £7.95 (Orders over £30.00), £11.95 (Orders over £90.00).
• Post EU & Rest of the World 10 days (not guaranteed)- £17.50
• DHL North America & Europe (EU) 1-2 days - £45.00
• DHL Rest of the world 1- 3 days - £55.00

All orders are custom handmade to your specific requirement, so please allow 14 days for order completion for garments and 6 days for stationery, on top of shipping time. If an order is needed urgently, please contact us before placing your order to see if an urgent delivery will be possible.

Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer on receipt of the goods.
